Repair and Run is, without a doubt, the best repair shop I have ever been to. I brought my e-bike to them after it had been poorly and unprofessionally upgraded by a different repair shop, and I was honestly worried about its safety and reliability. From the moment they assessed the bike, their professionalism, patience, and deep technical knowledge were very clear. They didn’t just “fix” the problem, they carefully rebuilt and improved the entire setup to make the bike significantly safer, ...
Thank you Elvis for putting on the new chain and the new sprocket when I'm riding. Changing gears is very smooth now and it feels really tight. I can feel the teeth really tight with the chain so very smooth. Pedaling so now I just got to get my back brakes pads replaced. You were right on that so I feel that they're squeaking too much. Front brakes are good but back brakes need to be replaced. I fell at King and Spadina today so my handlebars twisted so I need a new fender so I'll have to co...
It was in Toronto for work and leaving on a bike trip and had packed my bike in a poor state of repair and didn't want to show up at the destination with a bike that didn't work. It's a higher end titanium bike and this shop was around the corner from my hotel. Elvis and Jason were ultra quick to respond and I brought it over and within a few minutes they were troubleshooting and we're able to reserve sometime that day and the following day to get my bike repaired and pointed out a few things...
👎🏻I do not recommend this place, especially for scooters. My issue with them started back in 2024. At that time, my scooter was returned to me with a clear problem: the tire was slowly losing air. I was told the solution was to replace the tire, so I trusted their diagnosis and saved money to come back the following year. I returned in 2025 with a new tire, expecting the problem to finally be resolved. Unfortunately, after more than 5 visits, trying two different tires, and having the valve r...
Repair and Run is probably the best bike repair and tune up shop in the city. The technicians Elvis and Ben were very knowledgeable and friendly. They really know their stuff and will relay the info back to you, so you are fully informed on your bike status and needs. They tuned up my bike and fixed a few issues such as my loose fender, squeaky brake pads and leaky tube. The clean up job was amazing too. My bike looks brand new and performs more efficiently and it’s much quieter too. My speed...
