Unreal service! Order the bike last night at 8pm. Was emailed at 8am today asking if he could arrange a delivery mid-day. Receiver the bike ready to ride in less than 24hrs. David from Popawheelie provided unreal customer service and I’m super happy with my fat bike purchase and who I bought it from!

Had the pleasure of working with Pop A Wheelie/Wheels of Bloor recently on a gravel bike. It was a great experience and Alex and David were fantastic to work with. Their philosophy of going above and beyond was evident and I'll be singing their praises to anyone who asks about my new wheels.

Had a flat in High Park and came here. After dealing with the service and experiencing the interaction with another customer I can see that they put service and customer needs before the almighty dollar. Would definitely recommend this store. And here's a random picture of my bike, just because.

The tech on this thing is just next level. The rollers, lock and hitch, handle and arm release mechanisms are all very impressive. Searching for a bike was exhausting, thankfully I found this little gem of a bike shop and so glad I did. I live on the other side of the city but it was definitely worth the drive.
