I’ve had nothing but great experiences with MetroCycle Bike Shop. The staff are knowledgeable, helpful, and take the time to explain things clearly without any pressure. Service was quick and professional. It’s great to have a reliable local bike shop like this. Stopped in with a bike issue and the team at MetroCycle were incredibly helpful. They diagnosed the problem quickly and had me back on the road faster than expected. Friendly staff and fair pricing.

I came in to get a flat tire fixed after going to another shop multiple times. I explained my concern, and the guy was able to find some glass that was stuck in the tire. I also asked about an issue with my gears skipping, so the guy fixed my cable tension and showed me how check and fix it myself. I never bothered to put my bell on correctly, but the guy also fixed that too, along with checking to see if my bike needed any additional tune ups. Without me even asking or them charging anything...

Been using this bike shop for years now and it continues to impress. The owner truly knows his stuff. Hes honest, caring, and genuinely focused on what’s best for his customers. Even after moving out of the city, I still bring my bike here because the service is consistently excellent and worth the trip.

I had a great experience with MetroCycle, and Gord was very helpful and knew just the bike I should try out. I am so happy with my Marin cruiser bike. Gord went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied before I left. We originally went to the shop looking for a bike for our daughter who is getting into mountain biking, we didn't find a bike for her that day.
