Absolutely in love with my Liv Devote 2. I had been shopping around for a while and looking at different bikes online, and finally decided to pay Giant a visit. The guys were super helpful in answering my questions, and I only had to wait a few weeks for my bike to arrive (and it arrived earlier than anticipated!). I can't believe I bought this bike so hastily. I completely regret buying it. I feel like I am driving a shopping cart with peddles on city streets. But there are no returns once you leave the showroom. They also charged me for adjusting the seat up a couple of days later. They wouldn't go for a trade up. The Salesman said I should buy a second bike, so that's what I did, somewhere else. So I do not recommend Giant Toronto, Queen west.

Was so happy to get a new bike! I talked a bit about what I was looking for and Gaspard helped with making sure I had everything I needed and showed me things I had questions about (bags, helmets, lights). Great experience for my 1st visit. I left super pleased with my purchase. They set up my bike and called as soon as it was ready to be picked up.

This store is a bikes’ gem on Queen West. I’m a loyal customer! I’m a fan of Giant so I always get my bikes from them. Also, their customer service is top notch, super friendly, flexible and knowledgeable. I’m super excited to get my first road bike from them and can’t wait to use it this summer. Thanks to Chris and Gaspard for helping me! I definitely recommend and will be certainly be coming back for all my cycling related needs.
