I bought a bike here almost a year ago and it's been great! No other bike shop I've been to has provided this level of service (free check-ups, tune-ups, and advice). Notably, Josh was super friendly and helped me pick out a perfect MTB today. Overall, great experience!

I can’t say enough good things about the guys at Gears. They are patient, helpful, and super nice. I’ve brought my carbon road bike in no less than a half dozen times this summer with little issues, and every time they have fixed the problem and sent me on my way with no charge. I purchased my bike at Gears and have had many positive encounters with the mechanics. I have come in several times after unexpected mishaps and they have been able to help me on spot, and often do so without even asking for payment when it is a minor issue.
