When a manufacturer defect was preventing my new ebike from functioning properly, Brennan came to my residence on his own time not once but twice in order to make things right, no charge. Brennan took great care of my bike repair! Was looking for a repair shop in the Riverdale area and he did a great job, added a kick stand, light and water bottle holder plus fixed the tube in the back wheel. Good prices for materials and labour! Highly recommend for regular bikes and of course ebikes too!

Brennan diagnosed and repaired my scooter for the best price. His staff is super knowledgeable and super kind. Amazing business and highly recommend to anyone thinking about going electric!!!

Today, Sep 26th, 2025. I reached out to this company and spoke with Brennan at length about an ebike issue. I was impressed by the integrity and honesty Brennan demonstrated, he put me and my needs first. He even suggested that I reached out to the original company where I bough my ebike first, and if I was not satisfied to bring the bike to him. To me, that is integrity. Well done Brennan, great job.
