Every time I have shopped with Dismount Bike Shop I have been happy with my experience. This latest visit I needed a rack for my fatbike for a very last minute bikepack trip. Dismount helped me get what I needed in record time. I will be using them moving forward while supporting Canadain Bike shops.

I love these folks. 1) Good selection of gear. I live pretty far, but they have good options and ship promptly. There's a little handwitten note. Sometimes they even mention other stuff I've picked up, like they understand the way some of my builds are going. Even though this shop is far from me, its worth the trip. A lot of bike shops in the city aren’t very patient or friendly but I never experienced such a welcoming and kind team as soon as I called and visited. From the thoughtful hand written thank you card with my order to the exceptional service in store, this shop is exemplary in customer service.
