Chain Reaction Bicycles

Was looking to upgrade my classic Cervelo with a new crankset but wasn’t sure what I wanted was going to work with my frame. Bill at Chain Reaction was extremely helpful confirming what parts I needed to get to make it work with my setup. That gave me the confidence to buy knowing it was something I wouldn’t have to trial and potentially return. That level of support when shopping is few and far between nowadays. Would highly recommend this shop for those looking to buying bike parts.

I recently bought a bicycle from Chain Reaction and my husband and I are very happy with their service. We purchased a Wahoo Kickr (not sold at their store), but they were very helpful and attached my bicycle to it for us since we didn't know how to do it. We also took it back in a few weeks post- purchase for a few tweak and they adjusted/fixed everything. Would definitely recommend them for any of your bicycle needs.

So I have never dealt with a specific Bike Shop before and usually shopped at Walmart or Sportchek - let me tell you what a difference in a bike, you spend more but your riding experience is infinitely better Bill and staff are experts and all riders themselves so they know what is worth it and what is not Every recommendation they gave was spot on! Bill actually recommended a bike that was less expensive than the one I wanted. Also, not pushy at all with accessories and recommended the key...

Melanie served us and Joel absolutely slayed the pizza! We had such an amazing time—six friends, four pizzas, great wine. Nothing else on our ride down the KVT even came close. Highly recommend!
