Absolute lifesavers! First time coming here and these guys couldn’t have been more clutch. I’ve been going to a place a little closer to my home for a couple years now, they told me to come to come to this place as they would have the size tube I was looking for. Tried to purchase a s-works from them but they wouldn't ship it out of province, ended up purchasing from a different shop Wheels of Bloor. Even though this shop probably would have given me a much more pleasant experience but i did end up getting a bike shipped out! oh and it was nearly half the price that the Bike Depot was offering it to me at. This place is too expensive, but nice people regardless.

Awesome staff at Bike Depot. They responded to my urgent wheel request like it was a crisis hotline. If you need a good deal or a good laugh, they are willing to go the extra mile. Just like my pile of shame of a bicycle could after the outstanding price I got on some old wheels they had expiring in the back room.

As a first time customer and spending hundreds of dollars, I tried to get a refund on a $50 product that broke after week. The store manager told me that only if the manufacturer approved the return, only then would he give me either a full refund or store credit - fine.
