This was one of the worst retail experiences I’ve had. Mike, the sales rep, was painfully slow and unresponsive. My order sat untouched for weeks with no contact whatsoever — no calls, no emails, no updates. I had to do all the follow-up myself just to find out what was happening. Their attempt to fix it was giving me a free T-shirt, which honestly felt insulting given how badly the situation was handled. If you value communication and professionalism, take your business elsewhere.
