Monday 14 July 2025, I called in at Excaliber this morning looking for front pads for my Honda ST1300 as they were getting low. However the mechanic David discovered that while my front pads were worn the rear pads were none existent and set about replacing them. Meanwhile Chad had his team order in a set front pads to be fitted this coming Wednesday and will replace a front tire at the same time. Then to my aghast David discovered the positioning blot to my rear brake caliper wasn't there! (...

Had to get my bike towed cause it broke down an hour north on 17. Not only did they give it a full look over and fix of only what was needed to get me back on the road home, but they did this work on a Saturday no less! The service team were beyond helpful. It was well worth it to pay them a visit as I would highly recommend anyone in the area to do business with them! Thanks again EMWL! Your team really saved my bacon.

Larry and James were really great, along with all the staff. They were able to find a handle bar for us on short notice and install to get us back our our road trip. Pricing was very good. The store has a large selection of riding clothes, gear, and parts. Quality gear. Servicing many makes of motorcycle in the area. Even if you are passing through, stop and check them out.

So friendly and helpful! I was going to be strolling through town but was a bit nervous about my rear tire, the guys set one aside and when I arrived they got me sorted straight away and even offered me a discount on the tire! Way to go guys, you’ve earned my trust and respect. Thank you.
