Sarnia E-Bikes

A few months back I came across sarnia ebike while looking into getting a new bike. I spoke with Steve and Dave and they worked with me to make a deal as I had to pay my bike off every week, these bikes are expensive! I'm very surprised with reviews below to be honest, I've had nothing but great experience with these guys. Couldn't get a vacuum tire on last year and they were helpful. Again my scooter had frozen rear wheel due to brake pad issues took in again and had it assessed in 2 days and 3 days later phone rang, and ready for pickup!...the fix only cost me $65 bucks and no installation charges!! Steve and Dave are great at customer service. Very knowledgeable which was handy trying to explain how my new Velec bike worked. Great after service with a few questions I had. Highly recommend. Tim Hicks. Sarnia Fire.

Never ever buy anything from this bike shop again or ever I bought an ebike August 2023 and i still have a year of warranty from this place for$ 3,300 a year later can't have my bike repaired or serviced because the company's products he sells you don't know if there be here TOMMOROW!!!! now I'm stuck with an ebike that can't have serviced or even sell it to someone else ,without a major loss pay $3,358 for any ebike that I've only rode for a year!!! Customer service was good, but the service felt unfair. We requested only rear brake pad installation and got an estimate, but the final bill was much higher. It was just a simple brake pad fix. I wouldn't recommend this place.
