The sales person is great. I got help from Andrew. He is very kind and knowledgeable. Once you paid the money, then it is a different story. I heard noise in the bike tube and brought the bike back to the store. They just told me it was the handlebar rattling. They said it needs about a week to fix it and asked me if I can leave the bike. Then the other day they said it was fixed. Today when I ride the bike for the second time, I heard the same noise. I was lucky that I can record the sound. ...

Great purchase experience through the Pickering store location. Love the gravel bike Patrick put me into (Specialized Diverge Expert). Unfortunately a strange and pretty horrible after sales experience with the Leaside store (close to my home) with one of the associates there that was so bad, I will pay for basic service at another bike shop rather than use bike depot’s free 5 year service plan. It’s amazing how one bad apple can destroy a customer experience. But this was a really bad apple.

These guys patiently helped me and my daughter pick her first good bike! She loves it! Thank you Bike depot! Amazing warranty as well.

The staff at this store are incredibly friendly, helpful and patient including Patrick and Owen who worked on my behalf to sort out a warranty claim flawlessly with outstanding results, Thank you both!!! Andrew did an amazing job with my bike fitting, so thorough, knowledgeable and very patient to get me my right fit!! Highly recommend his services!! I am a return customer and will continue to come back here!

Great layout and organized store/inventory. Went to purchase a bicycle seat. Staff was absolutely amazing, from the young lady working cash who assigned with seat selection and answering many questions I had to the bicycle mechanic who mounted the bicycle seat. I'll say it again, staff was exceptional with customer service and personable. Also grateful that they are open on Sundays! I'll return to purchase new headlight and tail light very soon.
