Awesome. 2 Weeks ago, I purchased my first e-bike (Kingston 72v) from Green Planet Scooters in Newmarket. I had the pleasure of meeting both the owner (Rainer) and the mechanic (Todd). Extremely Helpful. The batteries in my mobility scooter were completely shot after 18 months of riding. The owner, Rainer not only replaced the batteries, he informed me that I qualified through ODSP for a yearly replacement, Rainer then did all the paperwork for me. It was so easy. What made the experience even better, I was given a loaner while my scooter was in the shop. Thanks, I'm a customer for life.

When my electric bike stopped working I tried emailing the co for the specs & it bounced back but Rainer & his tech team were able to work their magic & get me back on the road. Crack team, I highly recommend them! :)
