I’m glad I chose Quad Expert to purchase my very first fishing boat, a 14 foot big fisherman by smoker craft with a 30hp Yamaha. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and knowledgeable. Had opportunity to visit this business yesterday for some much needed OEM Yamaha parts.. I was was totally impressed with Jeannica over the phone, initially, and her followup. Meeting her in the store was a treat. An example of customer service excellence. A chat with owner Mark was very informative in both directions. A real enthusiast and entrepreneur.
