Bought an EMMO ZOOMI from Gilbert last weekend for my daughter. She absolutely loves it. Gilbert went above and beyond to help us even though the store was extremely busy. He made sure to acknowledge every customer and apologized for the wait. I highly recommend Sudbury E-Bike for all your needs. I will definitely deal wiyh them again. It was truly worth the 3 hour drive from Temiskaming Shores!
I purchased this Beautiful Gemini 60V. Electric Bike from 'The EBike Store' and I personally want to say Thank You to both 'Gilbert and Urma' for being so pleasant in helping me with making the arrangements as well as all the little fine details... 'Happy Thanksgiving Day' Sudbury EBike Store...
4 years ago I purchased a new moped. Shiny red paint. The smell of new tires. I've had people ask me if I had a name for my moped because some name their machines and I said yeah her name is Rouge. Rouge reminds me of love she's love. Her and I are so much alike because she has scars, she's faded she's dented she's rusted but you know what she keeps running, she keeps running and as long as I take good care of her as I can she'll continue to run.
I tried to return an e-bike here last year, all the while following the instructions on their return policy. The owner's wife threatened to call the police on me when I said I wanted to return the bike because it only went half the distance advertised. Can not recommend. Edit: I did say something to the misses, I told her I wanted to return the bike. She responded to this by explaining to me that the shop was suffering from a lack of sales, then threatened to call the police when I insisted ...
Need ebike parts? Go here first. They've consistently been able to provide parts that other bike shops do not carry (even if they're not ebike specific). Tires, wheels, tubes, brake pads, chain rings - Sudbury Ebike has had them when others haven't. I don't get treated with the "bike shop attitude" here either. Even if you just need a $0.05 valve stem cap, you'll get the same courtesy as you would if you were buying a $5000 ebike. That alone will keep me coming back.
