Had such a great experience with them, made me feel welcome answering all questions I had. Didn’t feel like I was being sold something that wasn’t a correct fit for what I need. Went over the bike, explained the best way to charge the battery, helped load the bike into my van. Was happy to finally meet Jolene, my second time at the shop. Very knowledgeable. Highly recommend going to see them if looking for an electric bike or scooter.

It is one year today that I order my "baby car " as I call it ( enclosed mobility scooter). I'm so glad that I made that decision. Jolene was great with all the information I needed. This place is EXCEPTIONAL! Jolene is fantastic! I told her what I was interested in and she pulled out a few bikes that met my needs and others she felt might be good for me. I got to test each one out, she compared them for me and explained everything in an easy-to-understand way. I left with an amazing bike and so much excitement to ride. A truly excellent experience. I found The Ride the Wind Youtube channel which is the most informative eBike channel out there by far. Based on that I made the 5 hour round trip to visit Jolene at RTW. They have an amazing selection of bikes from multiple brands - which is pretty unique in this market - so that you can comparison shop all in the one location, a huge plus!
