I cannot say enough wonderful things about this store. We are 2 crazy sisters looking to buy electric bikes. Lee was amazing answering all of our many many questions and was super accommodating when we decided the first bike we purchased was not quite right for our needs, we exchanged it for another and then asked if they could order a second one in purple. Took my bike in to have the tires replaced. The turnaround was quick and I am very happy with the new tires. They didn't try and sell me a tune-up, or anything else, and that is what impressed me the most. I was 'sold' only what my bike required. I will definitely return when my bike needs service. Thank you!

overpriced and under qualified. after misdiagnosing my velec a2’s rear brake twice, i was met with empty promises and rude service when i asked for a fixed bike with professional service. they DO NOT test what they work on. would absolutely not reccommend. they couldn’t even manage to organize the cables and supplied me with ONE zip tie for the back only when i asked why they’re so loose and floppy. go anywhere else

We have always had excellent service at Bicycle World. I just picked up our Velec bikes which we brought in for regular service (no cost😉). Your employee Nathan spent time giving me cheerful and helpful advice on the correct way to load and secure our bikes on the Thule rack that we purchased from you! I learned a lot, thanks Nathan!

My e-bike was purchased from this store and I recently had to have something repaired (the front light broke off when the bike tipped over). The gentlemen who dealt with me and who repaired the bike were excellent! They were knowledgeable and most helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend buying a bike and/or having one repaired at this store👍
