Burlington Electric Scooters

Just bought the Inmotion V11Y. I had a hiccup with the settings but their customer service was fast and effective and they solved my issue in about 10 mins. Today was my unboxing day but so far so good

I pre-ordered altis sigma in may from smart wheel knowing it would be June 30 when bike arrived at dealer then to ship to me Smart wheel replied to my texts and gave me updates on the bike when I asked and the bike arrived mid July like I had predicted when I ordered.

So far so good! Third EUC purchased through them and a great experience each time.. Waiting on upgrades offered by the manufacturer of my third wheel and SW says they will pass these on when they arrive. No eta on arrival, but it is great of them to pass on the free upgrades to existing owners!

We really appreciate the wonderful service we received at the Burlington store of Smart Wheel. They promptly fixed and tuned up both our electric bikes quickly and professionally. The cost was fair, the service personable, they listened to our concerns and have maintained our bikes. After their work our bike feel like brand new bikes even though they are 4 years old. Thank you to everyone that provided our wonderful experience.

Customer service was outstanding and communication was excellent. I do recommend them for Any personal electric vehicles you may want. 10/10 would come back
