Bike One

We have used Bike One for years for bike maintenance and repairs. They have always provided excellent service. My son has been saving up for a new bike and researching non-stop. We stopped in at Bike One and his search was over! Mark (and Easton) were fantastic! We enjoyed talking to Mark about all the details/specs of the bike and selecting some finishing parts. Mark’s customer service was top notch and he made my son’s first “large purchase” a very memorable one. Definitely a FIVE STAR ...

Mark is a very knowledgeable bike enthusiast who is always good for a chat. We purchased two beautiful recumbent bikes and could not be happier. Edit-We came by two weeks later to put on some upgrades on my little speedster and we were met with the same great quality of service. 5 stars!

I got my first bike in the bike one Norman, unfortunately they are no longer open. So I went to the OKC location. Mark and Jen were really nice! Got my bike tuned and Mark helped me find my next bike. He also gave me a class on how to properly ride my new bike, great info! Can’t wait to come back for upgrades!

I purchased my E-bike at Bike One. Mark does a great job of maintaining and fixing any problems from wear and tear I’ve had over the years. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

Terrible customer service. I bought a bike here and the people there were so unpleasant I paid another bike shop for maintenance on it. There are .uch better options in okc.
