The phone number on Google is good. I have called 6 times and they always answer promptly and politely. They have been easy to work with through the stressful holiday season. They understand my budget. They worked with urgency even though it's the holiday time and they planned to close early both yesterday and today. Love Buchanan's bike shop! Purchased my mountain bike from them and have been servicing my bike with them ever since. Jon went above an beyond replacing my brakes under the warranty, also maintained/replaced various parts quickly to get the bike ready for racing. Buchanan's has always been fast, helpful and complete in their services! Totally recommend!

Extremely solid bike shop. Came in with a completely bent rear wheel from a crash and was promptly replaced for an amazing price (doubt I could find a rear wheel for so cheap). Would 100% go back there again for anything else needed.
