Eddy's Bike Shop

I recently stopped in to pick up a Specialized Roll, and I had a great experience here. Everyone was friendly and efficient, even on a busy Saturday afternoon, and my new bike was fitted with a MIK rack and a bottle cage in a flash. A overview of the features, a quick fitting, and I was ready to go. I love the bike and am looking forward to having it maintained at Eddy’s.

Every time I’m at eddys bike shop the employees always treat me with respect they are honest and do good work on my bike!

All employees are super helpful everytime I go. Mike even helped me install my bike rack. We are very lucky to have a quality bike shop near us!

I called them first to ask could you fix the flat on my electric bike! The guy said we can repair flat tires that's minor, spent 40 bucks on a Uber to get my electric bike to them, get it there tell the guy this tire is different it's similar to a car. He looks at me I guess because of my appearance have on my case Western reserve uniform on! Very rudely looks at me, never look at the tire, charges me 100 dollars, to leave a message to say we can't fix it. I told the guy right off top the tir...

I cannot express how much I hate this store. The most arrogant, unfriendly bike shop employees ever. I hate having to shop here. The mechanics act as if speaking to customers is torture. I'd rather be without my bike for a week than come back here. I thought it would be different since i haven't been here in years. I was wrong. I cannot imagine any reason to come back here.
