I’ve used them for repair for a few years now and they have been fantastic with both my road bike and mountain bike. When it came time to upgrade they had exactly the bike I was looking for and was happy to support them. Experience was great from grabbing the bike, having them add frame wrap, and asking a couple of question a few rides later. Highly recommend this shop.

Purchased a FELT AR online and took it here to be built since this is a felt dealer. Guys were super nice and helpful, there was an issue with a defective part and they got it all taken care of with felt! It was quick, as far as bike building go. Super happy with the bike and would go back to get tuneups and work done on it.

Excellent service at a fair price. Nice people, and I like the continuum of going there instead of a chain store with different people caring for your bicycle. They are familiar with, and care for, your bicycle. As for sales, they helped me purchase three of the bicycles in my family. They respected my price point and did not try to upsell which I can't say for the chain shop(s).

Great shop with great staff and they have the same bikes as other shops in the area at lower prices. Took three bikes in for tune ups and they charge less than most and Jim took time to explain the bikes, what needed adjusting, and even caught that my bike wasn't shifting well because one of the sprockets was installed backwards and I never told him I had any shifting issues to begin with. These guys are the best. I have had my MTB almost totally rebuilt by them. The work is always excellent and the price is always fair. You can totally trust them. Best bike shop in the city especially for mountain bikes!
