The guy was incredibly rude. The way he speaks is so condescending. I’m not sure if that’s because I am a minority. He asked for $85+ for a couple repairs. Took it to a bike shop in Lorain they quoted me $20 for the same issues. Would not recommend.

Ted and Rachel were absolutely amazing! My husband and I went to the shop where we learned about different types of bikes and accessories. We shared what we were looking for and they found a perfect fit for our needs. We left with two Reid's bicycles and big smiles on our faces! Excellent customer service and quality bikes. Happy cruising.

This is the best bicycle shop you will ever find. The owners Rachael and Ted are fabulous and so is the entire staff. Knowledgeable, kind, great prices, friendly service, and great selection. My father bought my bikes from Bicycle Bills when I was a little girl, and when I go inside the store it feels like going home. Just bought an e-bike and I couldn't be happier about my purchase.

I have been looking for a specific bike item for weeks and couldn’t find it anywhere online—except Bicycle Bills. The website specified pick-up only, which wouldn’t work for me as I live out-of-state. But I emailed Bicycle Bills and the kind folks there graciously volunteered to ship the item to me. They were quick, responsive, and super friendly. Highly recommend!

This family-owned business is a true gem! The owners are among the nicest people ever. We had need for repairs and they went out of their way to help. The expert service, speed, and price were incredible. Outstanding!
