SeaDoo owners searching for a shop that employees friendly and attentive folks, look no further. I live in central Ohio and have tried 2 other dealers…1 of those is where I purchased 1 of my skis. I gave each at least 3 experiences. Not good. Adam and the team at Rival are great to work with…often going the extra mile to assist with not typical challenges….and very responsive.
