We dealt with Andrew and Adam. They were both wonderful!!! We ended up buying 4 Troxus Trax 1.0 step-thru, two for my husband and I and our friends bought two as well. They were very patient as we had many many questions. We brought them home Friday and having been having a wonderful time with them. Today alone we did 17 miles. Fantastic ebikes.
