I’m disappointed with the tune up/ service I received for my UTV, on October 27, 2025 I paid a hefty price for what I thought was a full tune up and service, a thorough job was not done. Some of the concerns I mentioned before dropping it off were still present when I picked up. For the price I was charged I expected a more detailed and professional service, I paid 197.84 to have oil and transmission fluid changed, took in for a complete tuneup which should have included spark plug, fuel fil...

Wonderful friendly people in a mom and pop shop. Bought a beautiful 1500cc goldwing with a trike conversion. Our kind of peeps, had a fantastic experience!

I couldn't be happier. I will say I was a little hesitant taking my motorcycle there to be fixed because of some bad reviews, but I couldn't have asked for a better experience with Soles. Everyone in the store was nice and helpful and they kept me informed every step of the way with the problems and progress of my bike. It was fixed fast and wasn't near as pricey as most places. Service is subpar, the front desk lady is very snobby, and many people know this of her to be that way. Made me buy knew valves, because she and their own mechanic thought they knew her stuff, well, she didn't and I paid for it. I know better now to stand by what I know. They also didn't do the service I requested and had to tear my motor apart after I went there because they didn't think the seats for the valves needed recut, one weekend later, one of the valves were already showing major we...

My usual repair shop was booked for weeks. I called Soles and even though they were busy as well, they said I could still drop off my Ranger since it was for just an apparent starter issue. I had them also do a full service. In a few days it was ready to be picked up and is running better than ever! Thanks Soles!!
