So I have been going to Eddy's for 4 months now. I'm losing a ridiculous amount of weight and want to get back into cycling again after 30 years without a single pedal. We had a wonderful experience at Eddie’s Bike Shop from start to finish. From our very first phone call to ask about the types of bikes they carry, our salesman was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely helpful. Chris is very friendly sales person, handled everything with ease and was great help in finding us the right bikes. He also helped me with rack install for the ride home. The store is clean, well set up and plenty to choose from. Friendly staff all around, and a special mention to George and Bobo. We can't wait for better weather now!!!

I knew virtually nothing about electric bikes, so I was thrilled to see there were many choices and understanding staff to help me navigate my way to an appropriate selection for me. I know I’ll be back when I need further accessories. Selection is incredible from product to pricing. Great experience.

My FX4 came off my rack during our return from CT...65mph and it bounced 2x on the road (thankfully, the cars behind me were able to avoid it and no one was injured) and the bike landed in the berm...took it to Eddy's upon returning home and picked it up Sunday afternoon...like a brand new bike once these parts were replaced! Great job by the Eddy's service team.
