If I could give a 10 star review I would. The guys at this shop are awesome. Excellent customer service, very knowledgeable and friendly. This was my first time riding an E-bike, bike rode great. I rented it for 3 hours and went around Cleveland metro area, Wendy park and those paved trails. Definitely will rent from this location again when I’m in this area!

Had a great experience with this company. I was in desperate need to get a battery for a scooter reconfigured and they figured it out in no time. Very friendly and welcoming staff/owners. If I ever have any need for e-bike services again I will definitely go to them. I recommend them 100%

Had to update my review. 260 miles in about 45 days and this bike is still the best purchase i've made in a long time. i highly recommend checking out the shop and seeing if an ebike is right for your situation. you can even rent one and see how you like it. Dave and the team do a really great job, and i'm glad that they're in the area.
