Oberlin Bike Shop

I’ve had to go Oberlin bike shop twice so far to get repairs done on my momentum Vida by giant Bicycles the first time was because my derailer was bent and I Needed new tires and tubes. After stopping in 3 times to make a decision on an E-bike class 1 I have to honestly say that every employee there was great to connect with. We talked to numerous workers there and everyone was more than happy to help or assist. Absolutely no issue with letting you test ride a bike or talk to you about what your intentions were with the bike you were looking at. Glad we made a random stop in about a month ago on our way back from a trip. Way better than the other places we stopped by far.

Alex was super nice and very helpful the entire time. He helped us with a test drive and getting the bike set up for our daughter. He was very polite and kind. I would highly recommend Oberlin Bike Shop to anyone and everyone.

I've bought 3 bikes from the Oberlin Bike Shop and am very happy with the service--both the owner, Randy, who spent a lot of time helping me pick out the perfect bike (each time) and the service department who would help me with even the smallest details. Overall a great place to buy a bike...nothing but 5-stars.

I recently had a great experience with the Oberlin Bike Shop when I shipped my bike there from across the country. Tom was extremely helpful, keeping me updated on my bike and reassembling it to peak condition after it arrived. Grateful to have a shop of this caliber in Oberlin and looking forward to returning.
