Thanks for being a great LBS! I had a last minute need for a bike and wheelset I didn’t purchase there but Josh went immediately above and beyond to keep me having fun on 2 wheels and it’s much appreciated!

We’ve had both of our bikes tuned up at Excel Bike and Fitness in Norwalk. We were very pleased with their work and Nick went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with their end result. Would highly recommend this store.

From the moment I stepped in to this store, I knew I was at the correct place for my purchase. Clean and organized was my first thought and greeted by friendly staff that was more than willing to help me find the right bike. Every question asked had an answer. Test rode a couple of bikes with their encouragement and fell in love with one particular bike. Great friendly people in there. First time being inside, very Clean environment. Very experienced workers. Brought 2 bike tires to be fixed, and they were fix in a short amount of time. Fast service. I would give them 5 stars, and I would advise anybody and everybody to go if they need repairs to their bike.
