Worst retail experience I've had in a long time. Purchased a bike at peninsula store that came from middlefield. Called ahead. Arrived to get bike. Battery was dead, no keys, no charger, tires close to flat. Owner was very unprofessional. And he overcharged me. The best thing that happened was I got my money back.
