The guy is very kind and a very friendly person; he helped me with my two tires and he's someone you can trust to take care of your bikes.

They always take good care of me! I’ve purchased bikes here that are very nice and I’ve also come in for repairs and upgrades to my bike. They taught me how I could change my own tire if I got a flat on a trail. I recently broke a brake due to the way I put my bike in my car and assumed it was at least a $50 repair and a week with no bike- but when I came in they fixed it on the spot for no charge. I also love that they’re a locally owned small business.

I was taking my bike on vacation (and due to an injury, I needed a different style of pedal). I was in need of some new pedals within a 24 hour window. I called hoping they could complete the task for me! They did better than one day service. When I called they said, just bring the bike in now and we can be done in 10 minutes:). I know they had other tasks, but it was so sweet of them to fit my request.
