The lady working the counter was great. Very helpful. I gave a one star because my bike was not returned to me in the condition I dropped it off in. Had some diagnostic work done. Wires were left out of the protective coverings. Zip ties securing wiring to the bike had been cut and not resecured. Fantastic tune up on my Mongoose Pro moun bike. New tires, derailleur work and a handle bar riser. Feels Iike a new bike and rides really smooth. We just purchased 2 Aventon E-bikes from Whitmans at the end of December. The staff was super helpful, while we tested out the best bikes. The Pace and Adventure we selected are awesome.
