I have been a customer for years and I fully believe in shopping local. But after today I don't believe I will ever be back. Both of my sons have outgrown their current dirt bikes so we decided to shop around today. They threw their legs over a bike and a sales person decided to yell at them telling them they better not knock those bikes over or he will physically assault them of course I turn around to look and once we make eye contact he changed his tone and stated he would gladly pull them...

My Dream Trike is at OC. I want to tall you about the GREAT Customer Svc that Doug, Kevin, and John provided for me. Unfortunately, I didn't get to work with John too much, but I will be forever grateful for the support I received. Although they're six (6) hours away, a plan was worked out, and set up. Ask for either of these guys when you're in the market for a bike. They will not let you down. Thanks guys

I am extremely pleased with the service I received from Lacey and the rest of the service department. I missed my first scheduled appointment with them and when I finally remembered, Lacey was more than accommodating and took my Polaris in the same day I called back. They tracked down a bad wire. Replaced a harness and had me back on the trails the next day. I totally recommend Lacey and the Cycleworks service staff.

I had a small issue with my headlight. I spoke to Lacey and she said that if I could bring the bike she might be able to 'squeeze' it in. She called me the following day to tell me it was all done. Since I could not figure out the problem, Lacey asked the technician to come out and explain it to me. Great customer service, and thinking outside the box to take care of a loyal customer.
