Ryan the owner is incredibly kind and knowledgable. He takes the time to explain issues with my bike in plain language that I can understand without ever being condescending. He’s never pushy with sales and always incredibly helpful when recommending products whether he has them in stock or where to find them online. The shop and services are very fairly priced. The turnaround time on services is always reasonable too and usually done quicker than expected. Beat Cycles is an absolute gem.

Beat Cycles is the best bike shop in the area - no shade to any of the other great bike shops in the Cleveland area but Beat is the best, in my opinion. Beat cycles is the best . I needed a new rear cassette to accommodate better gearing for some hills. I stopped in on a Saturday and met Ryan . I explained the issue I was having. Ryan spent the time with me explaining a few options for my early 2000’s Kestral Talon . Ryan gave me multiple suggestions, to change the gearing. A new rear cassette and chain did the trick. Took my son’s bike in to get a tire replaced. They did good work and prioritized getting it back to us quickly so he would have it for his final weeks of summer. For a 12 year old who relies on his bike as his main mode of transportation, that was greatly appreciated. Clear communication. Reasonable pricing. Good service.
