Got a flat tire while doing some of the OTET Trail. We called and bryan was able to fix my bike right away. Fast and friendly service. As a former marketing person in a bike store, Customer Service is a top priority, especially when bike vacation traveling. I took a frame and two boxes of parts to the shop. The build is a mix of some N.O.S. parts and newer parts creating some real challenges. When I came back Brian built an awesome bike for me. The quality of work is excellent and communication was too. This is a great shop and Brian and Matthew are knowledgeble and fun guys.

A great independent shop with very helpful and knowledgable owners. Love how they restored an historical building with great care and turned it into a comfortable place for people to shop and get our bicycles serviced. Do go there for any biking needs. Brian and Kate are the best in business and they are lovely people too.

Someone gave away a free bike on the side of the road so I decided to take it, I brought it to this shop and ask them basically if this was a safe bike to be using and if they see anything that could be replaced to do so. They were honest with me from the beginning and told me that the bike was a good find and just needed some love, I told them to take it and do whatever they feel is needed and they quoted me about 160 bucks.
