Just bought a trike from this organization. The owner, Joe, was very helpful. We were looking at trikes because my wife has developed a bad knee and could no longer ride a bike. Joe worked with us for a long time coming up with solutions. I recommend this place.

I tried to make an appointment for a bike repair but they never returned my call.

Very Nice, Knowledgeable and patient owner. Helped fix something completely unrelated to bikes which was an electrical wheelchair. Me and my grandmother tried to find all kinds of ways to get a certain part unscrewed but this owner was patient and persistent and had the magic touch. 10/10 guy and service.

Joe went above and beyond to get us the perfect trike just in time for Christmas. He was great to work with, communicated well and double checked the measurements that I gave him so that it would fit yet still be a surprise. I highly recommend Fairfield Cyclery.
