Couldn't be happier with the service and support. My rear derailleur was damaged and wasn't working properly; Doug quickly figured out the problem. After several adjustments and tuning he had me on my way with a very fair price. I will be back!

Excellent shop, great customer service! My son's bike needed some minor repairs and the man who was working helped us out immediately and even did an extra check of his bike to make sure it was all functioning properly. He took my son behind the counter and talked him through everything he was fixing and how to repair/adjust it. The cost for all the services was significantly less than I had expected. Thank you!

I notice my rear tire bulging when I was a mile away from Spoke Life Cycles. I was a couple hours from my car, but since this ride was on a Monday, the store was closed. However, a sign on the door gives a number to text for special appointments. I had a response immediately, and within 25 minutes, Doug had dropped what he was doing on his day off to drive to the store to get me a new tire.
