Trek Bicycle Dayton Kettering

I stopped by this tent at the Midwest Outdoor Experience to see if they knew of any bike repair options at the festival because I had a flat tire. They didn’t know of any bike repair options, but immediately started helping me troubleshoot my flat tire, even offering to use their own spare tube. I was able to find a tube for sale and they were so kind to get the bike fixed for me. I haven’t been to the store yet, but am thoroughly impressed by the Trek guys!

I cannot recommend any retail establishment that sells any product more than I can recommend Trek Dayton! They have mastered the lost art of customer service and making the people they serve feel important and so glad every time we walk through those doors! Even though there is a shortage on bikes right now they are working hard to repair bikes. They are reasonably priced and knowledgeable in most aspects. They helped my son get fitted properly for his helmet. If you want to get into biking definitely come and check this place out!!! The staff is very friendly and to talk to.

Best bike shop around in my opinion..Great service. They take excellent care of my Trek Rail GX AXS.

I purchased my bike in April (it's now August) and I have been meaning to leave a review since I walked out of the store. Dale K. assisted me with my purchase and he was phenomenal. I am not a serious cyclist but wanted an entry level road bike for casual riding. Dale was super helpful and made me feel comfortable and confident despite my lack of knowledge with road bikes. I am looking forward to taking my bike back in the winter for my free service. Great shop. Thanks Dale!
