Trek Bicycle Columbus Dublin

Went in to buy a new road bike after 3 years of selling my Giant Contend SL in Florida. Spoke to David, amazing service. Was able to guide me to the correct bike. I have already done a fondo and other long rides, so I need something comfortable. Ended up getting the Domane AL 5. All within my budget. Already took my bike for a ride today. Will totally recommend this store.

We worked with Taylor Williams, the store manager, to purchase 5 e-bikes. He was absolutely professional and knowledgeable in every aspect. He met with all of us, individually and as a group, to choose the exact e-bike to fit our individual needs. It took over 3 hours to accomplish this, and he was extremely patient with all our questions. He took care to order the specially requested accessories and to match everyone's bike and color schemes. I cannot say enough good things about this Trek location in general and the tech, Craig in particular. I took my Diamondback in to see if it would be possible to upgrade my gears. Not only did Craig make it possible for me, he worked so hard to make it possible. Had an irritating technical issue with a new FX+1S where it wouldn't pair with my phone, but long story short, new part came in and I went in a half hour before closing thinking I'd just drop it off, the service tech took it right back swapped it out, connected to the mothership in Wisconsin, and I was pairing it to my phone and going through the menus before they closed.
