I purchased my trek checkpoint ALR4 from this place. I brought it home without realizing this prior damage. The store would not do anything else other than refund me $15 for touchup paint. The damage was done from assembly I believe. This is very frustrating as I spent $2000 on a bike as well as drive an hour and a half to the store coming from Cleveland, Ohio since I have read good reviews online about this place. The representative I spoke to at this store basically told me it was my fault ...

I bought a schwinn cruiser online and was having a horrible time getting the handle bars right. I stopped at the store on Saturday and Tony right away helped me fixed the problem and put some wire in the tires and ended up also fixing my seat- literally in like 10 min!! And just a small fee for his time!! So greatly appreciated and now I can ride!!!

Their customer service is excellent. Since of being a smaller store and not a chain they are more friendly and for helping the customer rather than selling stuff. They helped me pick a bike for my height because I'm 6'5" and was able to get extras for my bike. I will be going back here for my biking and camping needs.
