Poor service. Very unhappy. We brought three bikes in to be repaired and paid a large amount. The brakes on one bike had not been replaced. The tire on another had not been replaced. When we asked for Everything to be fixed on all bikes, after charging us for minor repairs we were told an additional charge of $100 would be required for brakes. Instead of being honest that the bikes should be scraped up front. Dishonest business.

Mike and the team took care of rebuilding a bad MTB wheel on the spot to keep me in a single day tour of every MTB trail in the Cleveland area. The service was fantastic and quality of work was the best I have ever seen. Thanks.
