First time into Creekside needing work on my bike. Besides wanting a safety inspection my bike needed some parts replaced and component adjustments. Both Mike and Conrad were easily approachable and within a couple of minutes it was like I known them for years. When I picked up my bike everything was in outstanding working order and looking great. I 100% recommend this bike shop! They’re absolutely great! We went in and weren’t really sure what we wanted and they helped us find the absolute best bikes! They were so helpful, knowledgeable, and super nice! They even installed my bike basket and put together the bike carrier for our car! We will definitely be lifelong customers of this shop! Amazing and very passionate owner! He will try his best to help you find a bike you love. Not only that, but hes very knowledgeable and he uses this to help you the best he can. If he can't do something he will be open and honest. But hes helped me and my spouse way more than he couldn't! Amazing store, bikes, employees, and prices.

If you want your bike serviced, this is the place to go! I took my bike up because it was in pretty rough condition it was covered in rust, the tires were shot, and my gears didn’t shift properly at all. What I got back was basically a brand new bike. Conrad did a great job with it, cleaned up all the rustic fixed my brake lines, cleaned my chain and overhauled the gears, and got me some great new tires that are perfect for where I ride.
