Had a great experience having my bike fixed here. Brought it in sure that it needed a new bottom bracket. They didn't just try to replace it and send me on my way - instead they thoroughly investigated the noise the bike was making, determined it was coming from a squeaky seat post, and then completely cleaned and greased every possible source of noise. Hands down best bike shop and group of people in northeast Ohio. My family and I have bought multiple bikes from Dirty River. They truly dont just try to sell you a bike, they listen to what you want and suggest the stuff they think will suit you the best for the type of riding you do, bike fit and if your into it they can build you a bike with all the coolest stuff. Tons of knowledge and very welcoming.

Super happy with the service here, everyone is really laid back and very friendly. The shop is in a nice location and it's a cool place to visit. I took my commuter bike to them to have tirgger shifters installed and a tune-up; night and day difference to ride now. They took a couple days longer to finish than they stated, but not a super big deal, since they warned me they have been swamped lately. Hope to be back to buy a new bike at some point in the future.

As soon as you walk in the door you feel like you are with friends you just hadn't met yet. Great service! They rebuilt my 2010 Surly LHT that had about 15,000 miles on it. This place is awesome! They weren’t pushy about sales, they had a lot of options, they fixed my tire on my bike and even gave me some really great advice about bike care/hardware upgrades. I really enjoyed my experience and have already referred a few others here.
