7 months ago I was going to buy my NCM online myself but decided to give a local guy the sales. Unfortunately the after sales service was absent and finally was ghosted by this outfit. Luckily found a reliable and knowledgeable dealer in BGM bikes, who fixed my issue however my warranty had ran out after I was ghosted trying to get assistance. At least BGM is now an NCM dealer. Sorry to say, but would never buy anything from here again. Good luck if you do.
