Had a great experience today with these guys. Had previously gone to Giant Cycle in Halifax last month to purchase a bike for our 12-year-old grandson. As he’s kind of on the small side, he needed an extra small bike. We were told there that should be no problem. Today when I called to order the bike, I was told that there were none available in the entire country and that because it’s an extra small bike they’re unlikely to get it back, he gave me two different places one in Fredericton one...

The lady owner was so incredibly rude, this place has a terrible vibe overall. The selection seems good but that can't undo the bad customer service. Go literally anywhere else.
