Great store front. Helpful and pleasant staff. They did good work in a timely fashion. I had a tire replaced in 24 hrs. Was looking to buy a helmet. Unfortunately they were not able to order the size or style I was looking for. Overall would recommend for bike repair and sales

On my recent trip to the east coast the rear tire on my Harley got a puncture. After a 5 hour wait for tow truck and a 2 hour ride the Cabot Powersports to drop the bike off after hours. The next morning they had a tire ready and fit me in between other jobs and had me back on the road by noon. I have been to many dealerships during my riding years but this had to be the best service I have ever received. Thanks to the parts and service you saved my trip.

Had my Quad in for diagnostics and servicing with them twice. First time, they said my plow mount wasn't compatible and wanted to charge $450 for drilling a couple holes to make it work. I declined and said I'd do it myself. Long story short, picked up the Quad and found out that the mount was discarded without my authorization. Picked up my Quad today (November 1, 2023) after being told my Quad needs a new inner clutch. They quoted me almost $1500 in parts plus 4-6 hours of labor. I decline...
