Friendly and knowledgeable staff answered all my questions I had about maintenance for my SXS. They got me a great price on a new ATV for my son. They carry lots of accessories, and gave me a hassle-free return when the helmet I bought for my son didn't fit. I will definitely come here again.

No adventure is without some type of excitement... While en route to catch the Marine Atlantic ferry in North Sydney, my husband’s motorcycle suffered a flat rear tire on NS-104. Stranded and racing against the clock, CAA stepped in without missing a beat. Their flatbed service transported him swiftly to Truro Motorsports, where the team had a replacement tire in stock and ready. They even went so far as to roll another bike off the service ramp just to get his on—and back on the road in time...

Great staff. Called and was given an appointment time quickly. The counter staff were friendly and very helpful. The mechanic John who worked on my bike was super. He explained what he was doing and seemed to really care about how the bike was running and if I was happy with the repair. Overall, great customer service.

We entered the building with the intention of buying a side by side, and everyone ignored us. One employee finally asked us while walking by on his phone. If we needed anything, then immediately went back to his phone without even listening to our response. He took all of two seconds of his time to half look up to ask if we needed help and continued to go face deep into the phone again.
