I have never been let down at this place. I've bought several motor cycles, snowmobiles, lawn mowers, chain saws etc etc... service and sales are both great to deal with, and i have never had to fight, let alone even argue if i needed something fixed on or off warantee, always fair! The mechanical work is top notch and very professional. Ihave Full confidence in their work everytime !!

Sent my snow blower to GW Sampson for repairs. The motor was running too fast. 2 Months later and 575.00 they called to tell me the motor was blown and was expelling oil rapidly. the machine did not use oil when dropped off. Do not send anything for service here. Since receiving the news I started talking to people and hear nothing but horror stories about the service department there.

Just purchased a bike from GW SAMPSON Co. LTD , it was the smoothest and best customer service I've ever received from first inquiry phone call to last handshake goodby leaving with my bike.
